A Real Team Environment
When you become part of a team, you become part of a family.

It sounds cheesy, but it’s true.
Every employer talks about teamwork these days. But as a police officer, you experience real camaraderie. Everyone is working towards the same goals – preventing crime and making the community a better place.
Every member of your team watches out for you – and you watch out for them. They pass by the area of your call, making sure everything is going smooth. You keep your ear to the radio in case a member is in trouble. Each member brings a quality to make their team better – including you. Have a very specific question? You know just who to call. Need a quick laugh? You know who to call for that too.
You get to know your team personally – the names of their spouses – the sports they’re in – what they order at coffee break. They’re more than just coworkers.
